Queen Margaret Park represents a significant chapter for both the Castle Hills community and Whirlix Design. This was Whirlix's first fully turnkey project under its general contracting model, with every phase managed in-house: demolition, excavation, drainage, fencing, landscaping, and final installation. The playground centers on a Landscape Structures PlayBooster® main structure surrounded by sensory play elements, striking shade structures, and the We-Go-Swing® for inclusive, side-by-side play.

What makes this project particularly notable is the execution: Whirlix completed the full scope of work in 67 days — one day ahead of schedule — so that school children could use their brand-new playground on the very first day back from break. Built from a single conceptual drawing, the project navigated real-world field conditions through quick decision-making and seamless coordination.
